Character Avatar Not Working

I don't know, I have only really tried it on one profile but basically I keep uploading avatars to one of my profiles and it never shows. I have made sure it's 100X100 and the file extension is .jpeg. I can't think of any other reason why it isn't working, I just wanted to know if this is a community problem or if it's just me. Also, any ways on how to fix it is welcomed too.
